A Study of the Specificity of Net Citation

Abstract  

This paper samples some articles that appeared in five core periodicals of the latest years, undertook a quantitive study of the specificity of net citations (investigating the trend of the development、 the distribution of domain names、the formats of the papers and the effect of net linking), and finally provides a necessary and statistical support for the regulation of scientific management.
