Abstract  

Digital library nowadays is regarded as the important mode of exploring knowledge resources in community sharing and increment utility. But the concept and system of resources construction and management and information services contradict essentially the industrialized system of modern knowledge production and
transmission. The contradiction forms the radical hindrance to the community sharing and long-term development
of knowledge resources. To solve this pivotal problem, we need to cultivate and construct the market system
according with the development rule of knowledge transmission and culture industry in the informationalized environment, simultaneously, taking the digital study platform and knowledge management platform as the main applied mode,construct normatively an Internet publishing platform leading by digital library, through which,knowledge is transmitted, shared and utilized incrementally.
