Abstract  

With advanced C++ Builder 6.0 developmental tool, popular SQL Language, we have realized the development and design of the interface platform of the electronic periodicals MARC data Downloading Cataloging, especially of its main functions such as MARC data Field Pick-up, Searching and judging, Data transmission etc.
