Issuing Databases of Special Subjects on Internet Based on GIS——A Case Study of China Hydroelectric Engineering Database

Abstract  

 Taking China Hydroelectric Engineering Database as an example, this paper presents a solution to issuing databases of special subjects by GIS, introduces logic construction of the system and its function, and emphasizes the data organization and retrieval mechanism.
