Digital Library and Tutor to Reading

Abstract  

Tutor to reading can improve the level of informat ion service of digital library, and make up the deficiency which comes forth during constructing digital resources. The inundant digital progressing of the libraries has also had great influence upon the work of tutor to reading of library. This paper discribes the model of the work, and considers that digital library must adopt methods against actuality ,which is the nonstandard system of management, ambiguous assignment and distempered working union, so as to do that work better.Industrialization is the ultimate escape of the work.
