In the networked environment, The library homepage plays an important role betwe en library and its user. It should be an opened window on the Internet and lets users access library resources easily and use library services in an extended degree. But some of the Chinese university libraries have not paid m u ch attention to it. The author reviewed the homepages of oversea university lib raries and summarized characteritics of their homepage titles (columns) , styles , contents and gave some descriptions on them.
