摘要

论述当前多种无线接入技术及其应用，探讨WAP技术在数字图书馆移动信息服务中的优势，提出能够有效解决数据冗余问题的基于WAP的图书馆移动信息服务技术框架。并结合北京师范大学图书馆自动化系统ALEPH500，实现一个基于WAP的灵活可扩展的移动终端在线书目检索系统（WAP OPAC）。

Abstract：

After discussing several wireless technologies and their applications, this paper explores the advantages of WAP technology in mobile information service, and then presents a technical infrastructure of the library mobile information service based on WAP which characterized in eliminating data redundancy. Thereafter, the paper also realizes a WAP-based OPAC system based on ALEPH500 system in Beijing Normal University Library. The prototype provides a feasible method for libraries to develop mobile information service.
