摘要 

通过对几十年来国外可用性研究领域经典文献的回顾,系统梳理可用性基本概念的演变、评估体系和评估方法的发展,并重点对近年来该领域的热点问题,即网站可用性评价研究的发展情况进行述评。

Abstract

 Based on a review of classical documents in the field of foreign usability research in the past few decades, this paper systematically analyzes the evolvement of the concept of usability, as well as the development of its evaluation system and evaluation method. Then it focuses on the usability of website, which is one of the most hot spot in this field of latest years, and reviews the development of research in this specific field.
