Abstract  

From nine points of view of theoretical studies, applied technology, solving crucial issues,public consciousness, respect from governmental departments, vocational associations, corporations and products, customers and markets, and factor of human, expounds the present situation about the development of digital library industry in China and the unavoidable advent of the developing climax.
