A Plan of Establishing an Expert Gateway of Chinese Scientists Online

Abstract  

This paper introduces a plan to establish an expert gateway of Chinese Scientists Online, and introduces the aim, the orientation, the function and the content of the gateway. Then, analyzes the groundwork and feasibility to do this. At the end, the future of the gateway is described.
