摘要 

【目的】为了在一定程度上把控和干预舆情的传播和发展变化。【方法】首先提出了一种综合传播力和拓扑势的意见领袖挖掘模型OLMT,由此可以从更多的角度、更加客观地进行意见领袖挖掘。此外,通过对用于机器翻译的Transformer模型进行改造,构建了社交网络传播行为预测模型MF-Transformer,通过利用其高度并行性和注意力机制,可以更加高效、准确地预测意见领袖的转发行为。【结果】最后,结合意见领袖挖掘结果以及传播行为预测结果,有效预测舆情传播过程中由意见领袖构成的关键传播路径。【局限】本文的研究和实验主要面向新浪微博,【结论】以某一实际舆情传播案例进行实验的结果表明,采用本文提出的意见领袖挖掘模型和传播行为预测模型不仅可以更加准确地挖掘出意见领袖,而且可以有效的预测舆情传播过程中的关键路径。

Abstract

[Objective] In order to control and intervene the spread and development of public opinion to a certain extent.

[Methods] An opinion leader mining model OLMT is firstly proposed, which integrates the propagation force and topological potential, so that opinion leader mining can be carried out from more angles and more objectively. In addition, by transforming the Transformer model used for machine translation, a social network propagation behavior prediction model mf-transformer is constructed. By using its high parallelism and attention mechanism, the forwarding behavior of opinion leaders can be predicted more efficiently and accurately.

[Results] Combining with the mining results of opinion leaders and the prediction results of propagation behaviors, the critical propagation paths composed of opinion leaders are effectively predicted in the process of public opinion propagation.

[limitation] The research and experiment of this paper are mainly oriented to Sina Weibo.

[Conclusions] The experimental results of an actual case of public opinion propagation in microblog show that the opinion leader mining model and propagation behavior prediction model proposed in this article can not only mine opinion leaders more accurately, but also effectively predict the critical paths in the process of public opinion propagation.
