Functional Requirement for Bibliographic Records

Abstract  

The Documentution & Information Centre of the Chinese academy of Scienecs The Study takes a user-focused approach to analyzing data requirement. It uses an entity analysis technique to finding the key objects of interest to users of bibliographic records, and then identifies the characteristics or attributes and the relationships between entities. The aim of study was to produce a clearly defined, structured framework, and to recommend a basic level of functionality for records created by national bibliographic agencies.
