1    Open Access Policy

DAKD operates as a Gold Open Access journal, strictly adhering to the principles of open science. All published articles are made immediately and permanently accessible worldwide at no cost through the journal platform, ensuring barrier-free reading and downloading for all users.

2    Creative Commons Licensing

DAKD applies the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Under this license:

·  Attribution (BY): Users must provide appropriate credit to the original author(s).

·  Non-Commercial (NC): Reuse is permitted solely for non-commercial purposes.

·  No Derivatives (ND): Adaptations, remixes, or transformations of the original work are strictly prohibited.

3    Copyright Ownership & Author Rights

·  Upon article acceptance, authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement, transferring property rights and related entitlements to DAKD Editorial Office.

·  Authors retain the right to reuse their published work under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

4    Article Processing Charge (APC)

To sustain open access publishing, DAKD charges an APC, payable by authors, affiliated institutions, or funding bodies. Fees support editorial processes, platform maintenance, and digital dissemination.
