The Construction of Intelligent Information Center and Development of Community Culture ——Including the Discussion about Development of Information Service in the Future

Abstract  

The author discusses the development of information service in the future,by combining construction of intelligent information center with cultural service of community. In addition, the article provides some suggestion about the construction of intelligent information center.
