The Design and Implementation of United Table of Contents System

Abstract  

This article introduces the design and implementation of the United TOC System. Based on the Web server, the United TOC System provides search, browse, SDI services, document delivery and other service to the readers all over the country. Moreover, this system provides management and statistic functions, Which enable the librarian configure the systcm, manage the document delivery and SDI services, counts the visitors and periodicals usage.
