Reference Services under Network Environment

The development and popularization of Internet push the development and utilization of information resources to new era - the network electronic information era. Information resources have reached their fullest richness. The digital information brings human chances and challenges for living and developing. It is convinced that there would be no existence of individuals and progress of society without the network environment. Under such environment, the reference services have undergone radical changes in contents and ways.A nalysing the reference users’ need and training their ability of acquiring information have become the most urgent things. The scale and developing level of the reference services depend on the quality and qualification of the reference librarians to a grenat extent.
