On the Construction of Information Resource in China

Abstract  

In this paper, some viewpoints on the construction of information resources in China are put forward. Author thinks that the present bibliographic databases based on the Chinese source do not reflect completely the advancement of science and technology of China. The author suggests that we have to exploit deeply the information contained in Chinese literatures and to expand the range of data source to foreign science and technology literatures.
