Abstract  

Hainan province academic libraries have been accomplished automation construction and network construction under leading by educational department and academic library work directing committee of Hainan province.The author has been fulfilled basic network circumstances building, internet information resource building, digital library building and essential academic explorer building, furthermore they are going to provide service as borrowing and loaning interlibraries and database information online.They expound network and digital information constructing concept for Hainan province academic libraries in the future in addition.
