Interoperability in Digital Libraries Through OAIMHP

OAIMHP had gained more and more attention from various fields. OAIMHP is of much interoperability and flexibility, that will help to build distributed digital libraries. The paper introduces the origin and development of OAIMHP, as well as the philosophy and details of it. In addition, some misconceptions about OAIMHP are pointed out.
