Images Retrieval Based on Semantic in WWW

Image retrieval is an important research branch on multimedia retrieval. The methods are presented to obtain the semantic of image by combining the keywords extracted from WWW pages and the visual features of image based on the knowledge library of image objects. A system of image retrieval based on semantic is introduced and the primary results of experiments show that it has higher precision rate in WWW image retrieval.
