 A Case Study on Collaborative Digital Reference System——Analysis on the VRD Collaborative System

This paper mainly analyses the Virtual Reference Desk—one of the projects on collaborative digital reference services, and summarizes its collaborative strategy, system frame and contents, service model, so as to provide reference for the development of our native digital reference services.
