A SPT-based Approach to Build the Application System for a Subject Information Portal

Abstract

From a demonstration of the design and deployment of the application system for resources and environment subject information portal, the paper discusses a SPT-based approach to build for a Web portal, including supporting environment, functional framework, customized implementation of main functions，and etc.
