RSS-based Bibliography Service Idea and Implementation

Combined with the idea of information push and RSS technique, this article constructs a framework of bibliography active service and implements a bibliography push system. It also points out that the research focus of bibliography push service is to construct integration system based on bibliography classification push and keywords customization.
