One Geographic Information System Vector Graph Editing Component

Abstract  

Vector graph system is an important part of geographic information system. In this paper,we introduce a method of accomplishing a geographic information system vector graph editing component. In addition, we dissertate the design of the classes in the system and the key technology of realization.
