On the Construction of the Uniform IT Platform for Knowledge Management and Competitive Intelligence

Abstract  

This paper illustrates the status quo and somewhere needing perfecting of existing software systems which have fulfilled functions of knowledge management systems and competitive intelligence systems, and thus presents a uniform IT platform model which may be used by workers on knowledge management and competitive intelligence.
