Plan of Film Digital Archive Construction Based on OAIS Model

This paper proposes a plan of film digital archive construction based on OAIS model. And focuses on the analysis of system structure and function, design of concept diagram and knowledge databank, methods of archive preservation, and the design of human-computer interface.  Lastly, this papes makes an overall planning based on analysis of feasibility of external and internal elements.
