An OAIS-compliant Framework for Building  University Digital Archives

Abstract  

The paper first gives a brief introduction of OAIS reference model. Then it presents a OAIS-compliant framewotk for building university digital archives, also the core such as strategies for building a metadata framework, Ontology-based method for designing a knowledge organization system for archival material, and Ontology-driven user interface design are discussed.
