Design and Implementation of a Paper Retrieval System Based on Ontology

Based on theory of Ontology, the knowledge of data structure in the computer science field is described. The process to construct this knowledge Ontology is presented. Also, the Ontology-based paper retrieval system is designed,thus improving the retrieval efficiency.
