Study on Network Information Resource Comprehensive Evaluation Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Bayesian Networks

The paper presents an index system for evaluating network information resource and proposes a method for evaluating network information resource using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Bayesian Networks (BN) to effectively aggregate experts’ knowledge and experience to arrive at a reasonable final decision. Then the method is applied to evaluate information resource of a network station. The results show that the method is effective and reasonable.
