Application of Media Asset Management

This paper expounds the necessity of introducing media asset management system into National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. According to the need of digital video resources management and application, the module designing blueprint of the Sharing Project media asset management application system is issued by six main parts, induding upload & download subsystem, storage subsystem, catalogue subsystem, integration index subsystem, management subsystem and resources issuance subsystem.
