Abstract Based on the brief introduction to the theory, development and application of Technology Acceptance Model, this paper aims to take an empirical study on the user behaviors in government portal website. By putting forward the research model and 13 hypotheses, this paper examines the hypotheses by means of the questionnaire and deliberate data analysis, and then explains the results in detail.
