A New Algorithm of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation on IS Service Quality

Abstract  

The core of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of logistics system is to converse a series of membership degrees. However, existing conversion algorithms of membership degrees in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are questionable, because they can’t distinguish the useful or useless part from membership degrees of indexes. so the redundant data, which are useless to objective classification, are involved in calculation of membership degrees of the objective. In order to classify objects properly, index distinguishability weight, effective value and comparable value of index relative to samples are defined in this paper. Index distinguishability weight can be used as a filter, which can filter redundant data in membership degrees. A new algorithm for conversing membership degrees is given to assess service quality of information system.
