Study on a Knowledge Organization and Service System Based on Modular Ontology

Abstract  

Aiming at the problem existing in the current knowledge organization and service system, a knowledge organization and service system based on modular Ontology (Mo-KOS)is put forward, and the principle, quality control and flow of autonomous knowledge organization are analyzed respectively. Then the implementation scheme of the autonomous and personalized knowledge service is discussed. In the system, autonomous knowledge organization and personalized knowledge service can be provided.
