Research on VoiceXML-based Voice Services in  the Library

Abstract  

This paper designs a voice application using VoiceXML standard for library, and gives the system architecture and functional framework plans, as well as the implementation of key technologies. This system provides innovative services channels for the traditional library, so that readers can access the library’s Web database  by telephone, thus it greatly expands the scope of the application and the service capacity of library.
