Application of Queueing Theory in Digital Documents Serving System

Firstly, the mathematical model of multiple service window loss system (M/M/n/n) is realized and established based on the queuing theory used in the digital documents serving system of library. Secondly, the practical data in documents serving system from some a university library is collected, and initially carries on the parameter computation and the confirmation analysis according to the model.
