Research on the Realization of an OpenURL Resolver

Abstract  

This paper first introduces the background and current status of OpenURL. And then it analyzes the architecture and functions of OpenURL resolver. It proposes a solution to the construction of OpenURL compliant links for the databases which do not fully support OpenURL standard. Then, it describes two key algorithms in the realization of an OpenURL resolver. Finally, the paper gives the result pages of OpenURL resolver.
