Construction of Data Integration Model of e-Government System of  City Circle Based on Topic Maps

Abstract  

Because of the problems of regional information integration and data integration of intercity e-Government system,this paper proposes a new model of data integration based on deeply analyzing and researching the technology of topic map and Relational DataBase Management System(RDBMS).This model creates a topic index layer between the application layer and data layer of intercity e-Government system through the analysis of RDBMS,OAI protocol for Metadata harvesting, automatic generation and merger of topic maps to realize data integration of intercity e-Government system.
