The Computation Method for Key Spatial Information in Emergency Information System

Abstract  Due to lack of the analytical function for spatial data in emergency information systems, based on the GIS functions, the paper designs a method for calculating spatial relationship between emergency spots and surrounding geographical factors, and then integrates these factors in the process of emergency information analysis. Finally, a filtering method is proposed to figure out the meaningful spatial information from huge amount of spatial predicates, and realize the spatial enabled function of emergency knowledge discovery.
