Abstract  This paper presents a model of OA resources, which is a personalized semantic portal. It uses FCA methods to process and analyze the knowledge content of OA resources, then constructs an Ontology-based knowledge structure of OA resources,and builds a RSS feed to realize semantics access and push of OA resources.
