Development of Copyright Valuation System in Profit Digital Library

Abstract  This paper analyzes the necessity of the copyright valuation of profit digital library. The system is based on two quantitative methods and market-based method, and the feedback is added to combination- forecast the result of the assessment. It uses VB6.0+Access integrated development model to establish a low-cost, strong-interoperability, user-friendly copyright valuation system to valuate the copyright in profit digital libraries.
