Knowledge Base of Collaborative Virtual Reference Systems:State of the Art and Future Trends

Abstract  Through a study of the knowledge base of main collaborative virtual reference systems at home and abroad, the paper discusses the status of research and application of the knowledge base from its foundation construction, service and collaborative management. Meanwhile, from the perspective of user demand, the future trends of knowledge base of collaborative virtual reference systems are also addressed.
