Implementation of Semantic Retrieval Based on Ontology Created by SKOS and Association Rule Mining

Abstract  This paper proposes an Ontology construction and application solution. Firstly, the authors create Ontology through the conversion of SKOS.Then, association rules are mined to supply association property between classes. Finally, semantic retrieval is achieved by using retrieval and reasoning techniques based on Ontology.
