Abstract  

The article analyses the reason for implementation of a full text retrieval system based on Microsoft search service for library self building database, Microsoft search service indexing mechanism and retrieval mechanism. At last it puts forward a solution to implement a full text retrieval system based on Microsoft search service for library self building database.
