Applications of RSS Metadata in Center Portal

Abstract  

Introduce the development history of RSS Metadata and it's actual applications at present , particularly describe RSS's definiens and properties, this article also analyzes main requirements during building center portal, and where RSS Metadata can be used, In the end , give a case of center portal.
