A Survey on the Models for Grid Resource Allocation

Net resources are heterogeneous, distributed and dynamic, so the traditional resource management methods are not suitable for grid environment. A solution is the application of marketbased resource management. The paper analyses the reason for choosing marketbased grid resource management method, studies the economy framework for grid resource management and summaries the mainly market models for grid resource management.
