 This paper briefly introduces the problems existing in retrieval system for database built by library of Shantou University, and the architecture of the Microsoft .NET Remoting framework, puts forward  one stop retrieval system model of distributed heterogeneous database based on . NET Remoting framework ,and discusses in detail  how to realize the model based on . NET Remoting framework
