Abstract The construction and management of digital collection is running through all facets in the work of library digital resource . This paper discusses the cost composition aspects of digital collection , it also analyses cost composition in every phase. It aimes at pursing good ways of reducing management cost, perfuming cost control effectively and improving service performance of digital collection.
