National electronic information storage center is used to keep important information, inspect and control the process of government information. Still it can be automatic on-line catching, indexing, transferring and disposing concerned information. To construct the center need break through the limitation of size, people and industry.To begin the work, we must consider many problems such as proper choosing equipment and location and correct deploying people and fund and so on.
