Abstract The paper first analyses the factors of library Website， then establishes evaluation index systems. It obtains the importance of every index by grey relation analysis， then appraises library Website in terms of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It gives a beneficial academic reference to promote the construction quality of library Website.
