Application of Ontology in Book Services

Abstract  

Ontology is an old philosophy concept, and has been widely applied in various domains, such as including AI, EC, IR and etc. The semantic Web will be designed around Ontology. How to develop Ontology is the focus. The author gives us a way to develop Ontology from three levels on the basis of semantic Web protocols, UML and Web service. And at the same time, the author thinks something about the merging trends of semantic Web and Web services.
